| David F. Anna, Founder, CEO |
Dave Anna is the founder and owner of The RESOLUTE Building Company. He holds B.S. degrees in Building Sciences and a Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. His experience includes project management with various general contractors, which eventually led to the establishment of RESOLUTE in 1984.
Dave is the former president of the General Contractors Association of Durham and has been active in the Carolinas AGC. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Chapel Hill/Carrboro Chamber of Commerce, the Carolina Meadows Retirement Community, the Chapel Hill Museum, and Habitat for Humanity. He currently serves on the board of the Triangle United Way and the Chapel Hill Advisory Board of SunTrust Bank. He is also an active member of the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club.
Dave is a Registered Architect in the states of North Carolina and New York, and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

| Kim Vrana, President |
| B.A. Biological Sciences, Alfred University, Alfred, New York. Kim was named RESOLUTE's President in 2006. He has been with RESOLUTE since 1987, first as Project Manager then as Vice President. He has 15 years of field experience with previous contractors. He is the previous President of the Chapel Hill Tennis Clubs' Board of Directors. Kim served for 7 years on the Board of Directors at the Carolina Meadows Retirement Community.

| Joe Hatcher, Vice President |
| B.S. Civil Engineering - Construction Option, NC State University. Juris Doctor, NC Central University. Joe has over 21 years of experience in the construction industry in project management and company operations. Joe is a qualifier for General Contractor’s licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia and he is a licensed attorney in North Carolina. Joe worked with RESOLUTE from 1997 to 2000 and returned to the company in 2007. In 2008 Joe was named Vice President. |

| Giles A. Williams, Treasurer |
| C.P.A., B.F.A. Art, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Giles has been a Certified Public Accountant for 25 years with emphasis in real estate and construction. He has been the Controller for RESOLUTE Building Company since 1990, and was named Treasurer in 2008. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

| Michael Hobson, Director of Business Development |
|
B. A. Political Science, Elon University. Michael has over 16 years experience in the local commercial real estate, development and construction industry. Michael joined RESOLUTE as Director of Business Development in 2011. Michael was previously Vice President of Client Development for a large commercial general contractor with an RTP office.

| Reubin Gillis |
| A.A.S. Civil Engineering, Durham Technical Institute. Reubin has been a Project Manager and Construction Estimator with various construction firms for 25 years, with experience in Design-Build, Team Build and competitive bid projects. Reubin has been a member of the Professional Construction Estimators Association (PCEA) since 1977. He joined The RESOLUTE Building Company in 2002.

| Anthony Faranda, LEED AP |
| B.S. Civil Engineering, University of Pittsburgh. B.S. Physics, Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Anthony brings 14 years of commercial construction experience ranging from large LEED certified university research/lab facilities to fast paced restaurant/retail structures and large site development involving DOT road work. Anthony joined The RESOLUTE Building Company in 2009.

| Frank Havens |
|
Frank has more than 35 years of construction experience and has served in the capacity of Project Manager for more than 27 of those years. He has experience in all aspects of commercial, industrial and institutional projects with various methods of contract delivery. Frank has experience with LEED projects having successfully completed a LEED Gold project at a major University. He has served on the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment for The City of Asheboro, N.C. since 1999 and as BOA Chair since 2005. Other activities include serving as Division Lt. Governor with The Carolinas District Kiwanis and working with The Victory Junction Camp in Randleman, N.C. Frank joined The Resolute Building Company in 2010.

| Mike Linford, LEED GA |

Mike has over 20 years experience in the construction industry with experience in pre-construction services, project management and construction administration. Mike has extensive pre-construction experience in Construction Manager at Risk projects for the University of North Carolina and other governmental agencies. Mike joined RESOLUTE in 2011 and brings special skills to the team with his past employment with both general contracting companies and architectural firms.
